Lighthouse Payment Services now offers an integrated receivables solution through our software provider US Dataworks, which will revolutionize the treasury management services industry. Integrated receivables is a new treasury management solution that augments or replaces stand-alone lockbox systems, ACH and wire reporting.
Now you can capture your payments at any location. This new solution takes invoice and account information, and payment notifications from email or incoming payment files. This information is then matched with incoming lockbox payments, stranded payments, online bill payments, incoming ACH and wires to provide a single view of all your receivables and incoming payments.
The work-flow engine provides consistent processing for all payment types. It also simplifies cash application with a single dashboard for handling any posting exceptions. The portal provides real-time information for all incoming receivables. Flexible dashboards can be tailored to specific industry segments for a differentiated treasury management product offering. Stoneham, MA - February 28, 2014
Lighthouse Payment Services today announced the availability on online exception processing through its Clearingworks software. This now allows customers to choose the option to have their unprocessable items available on-line to review, decision and process online rather than mailed back to them. The standard in the lockbox industry is that anything that the customer chooses not to have processed through the lockbox service is mailed back as unprocessable. Now with this new service, customers have the option to view the unprocessable items and choose what they would like to be processed and what they need to be sent back. This will eliminate costs and save time for many customers. “By reviewing and decisioning these items on-line, the customer now speeds up the processing of potential unprocessables and is left with a clearer audit trail of how these items were dispositioned,” according to Tom Drunsic, CEO of Lighthouse Payment Services.

Lighthouse Payment Services, Inc, a New England leader in Lockbox Payment Processing, announced today that it has begun lockbox processing for its 300th client. This includes an impressive portfolio of 59 banks, 57 municipalities, 11 utilities, 24 property managers and hundreds of corporate and health care clients. In a stagnant economy, Lighthouse has experienced tremendous growth. The reason for this is a combination of competitive pricing, quality service and a truly customized lockbox service. It is not easy to find this combination out there, and that is why more customers are turning to Lighthouse for their needs. Last year, Lighthouse celebrated 11 years in business and continues to grow stronger. They were featured in an article in Business Solutions magazine highlighting successful business/vendor relationships and CEO Tom Drunsic recently spoke along with Leilani Doyle of US Dataworks about managing remittance and lockbox operations in a changing payments environment at the IOFM Payments Summit in Las Vegas. Lighthouse enters the first quarter of 2014 poised for continued growth.
