Lighthouse Payment Services now offers an integrated receivables solution through our software provider US Dataworks, which will revolutionize the treasury management services industry.  Integrated receivables is a new treasury management solution that augments or replaces stand-alone lockbox systems, ACH and wire reporting.

Now you can capture your payments at any location.  This new solution takes invoice and account information, and payment notifications from email or incoming payment files.  This information is then matched with incoming lockbox payments, stranded payments, online bill payments, incoming ACH and wires to provide a single view of all your receivables and incoming payments.

With the new year, Lighthouse Payment Services Inc. has moved to 331 Montvale Ave in Woburn Ma.  A big thank you to our staff and the crew of Whitehouse Movers who helped us through the move.  Our new, larger office has over 6500 square feet of office space and is equipped with a new state of the art security camera system.  We look forward to a great 2015!

Lighthouse Payment Services today announced the availability on online exception processing through its Clearingworks software. This now allows customers to choose the option to have their unprocessable items available on-line to review, decision and process online rather than mailed back to them. The standard in the lockbox industry is that anything that the customer chooses not to have processed through the lockbox service is mailed back as unprocessable. Now with this new service, customers have the option to view the unprocessable items and choose what they would like to be processed and what they need to be sent back. This will eliminate costs and save time for many customers. “By reviewing and decisioning these items on-line, the customer now speeds up the processing of potential unprocessables and is left with a clearer audit trail of how these items were dispositioned,” according to Tom Drunsic, CEO of Lighthouse Payment Services.
